I have terrible headaches, and was very surprised to see that his actually helped by rubbing it on my forehead and temples. Not sure if that is what it is intended for, but hey, it worked for me.

I normally use the patch or tape on my back and legs, but this is perfect for the arthritis in my hands.

Not sure if it is supposed to be used for this, but I had a sinus headache, and it helped both clean my sinuses, I suppose from the menthol smell, and helped my headache as well. Thanks.
